A permanent working group measures, records and analyses our daily performance. Working group members are carefully selected and trained to perform their duties competently and effectively.
These duties include regular on-site safety briefings with all employees

FENIX hires local workers first on new project sites. We both employ locally and also transfer skills to local people by apprenticing unskilled workers to FENIX artisans.
